The Woman

Womenhood has been defined by men,  media and advertisement. Now its time that womanhood needs to be defined by women. If we do not define womanhood, they will be autodefined. 


Well if we compare with other culture, the senior women decide when the girl will be a part of a womanhood. The deciding factors were level of maturity she had attained, her wit, wisdom , and self discipline. 


But In our culture, its men who decide whether we have attained the womanhood or not. The decision is based on how the female looks . Surprisingly factors like loss of pregnancy also defines womenhood in our culture.


To make a successful transition from a girl to womanhood, we need to have a strong definition about womanhood. It should include all the aspects and not only the physical attributes of a woman.


Its said God created Men first. Because it takes a lot of hard work, energy, experience to create a women. 

She needs love, affection, support from all the people in her life to make responsible decisions about herself.


Lets be proud of being a WOMAN.....................
